Lasionyx is a public tool in development, connecting bat monitoring reports, weather information and public wind-generation records. It will help people explore findings by farm and year, identify data gaps and compare historical generation and market value for different curtailment scenarios.

Curtailment limits turbine operation to reduce bat deaths. Weather forecasts indicate when proposed rules may apply; they do not detect bats or establish which hours are safe for bats. Lasionyx will remain free to access.
